The Instructor Trials report lists the trial swim times recorded for a selected instructor trial.
Running The Report
Select the trial from the "Select Trial" dropdown, then click "Run Report".
The results table shows each swimmer's:
- Name
- Age at the trial
- Distance
- Stroke
- Trial date
- Time
- Comments
If you have the "Export Member Data" permission, you can export the table to CSV or Excel. Because the export contains personal data, SwimClub Manager asks you to confirm the GDPR warning before downloading it.
