Export

Export accounting data by date range, account code, invoice period and file format.

Permissions: Access Finance, Export Finance Data

Use this page to export accounting data from SwimClub Manager.

You can export the following information:

  • Credit notes

  • Expenses

  • Income

  • All Invoices

  • Unpaid Invoices

  • Purchase invoices

Choose the data set you want to export, then complete the filters shown for that export type. Depending on the selected data, you may be asked for a date range, an invoice period, or an income or expense account code.

Choose CSV or Excel, then click "Export Data". Because the export can contain personal data, SwimClub Manager asks you to confirm the GDPR warning before downloading the file.
