The Profit & Loss report shows income and expenses by account code for a selected financial year.
Use the "Show Year" dropdown to switch between years. SwimClub Manager uses your club's configured financial year start month, so the columns follow your club year rather than always starting in January.
The report includes:
- Income account codes and monthly totals
- Expense account codes and monthly totals
- Unclassified income or expenses
- Year totals
- A chart view of income and expenses
Click a monthly total to open the transactions behind that figure.
If you have the "Export Finance Data" permission, use the "Export" button to download the report.
