The Group PBs report emails you a spreadsheet-style report of swimmers' personal bests for selected groups.
Use it when you want to review best times by squad, teaching group or any other club group over a chosen period.
Running The Report
Select one or more club groups, then choose the date range for the swims you want included.
You can also set an "Age On Date" if the report needs swimmer ages calculated at a particular point in time.
The optional filters let you narrow the results by:
- Pool size
- Distance
- Stroke
Leave the optional filters blank if you want to include all available pool sizes, distances or strokes.
Click "Run Report" to queue the report. SwimClub Manager will process it in the background and email it to you when it is ready.
